The country of destination determines whether the authentication is an Apostille or Certification.
The California Secretary of State can only authenticate documents once they have been Notarized in the State of California. You must identify the country of destination when the documents are submitted to us for authentification.
Following is our procedure to obtain an Apostille or certification for you:
1- We come to your place to Notarize your document.
2- We take the document with us, process it through various government agencies and obtain the Apostille or Certification.
3- We deliver or mail the completed document back to you within 3 days. Rush processing is available for an additional fee.
