IN OFFICE SERVICE
You come to our office bring your ID and documents and we will Notarize your documents. You will save on the traveling fee.
MOBILE NOTARY PUBLIC SERVICE
We come to your office, utilize your office or conference room to perform signings on-site. This will eliminate the need for a Notary on your staff. There is an extra fee for this service.
REAL ESTATE LOAN DOCUMENT SIGNING
We assist Lenders, Escrow companies and Title companies in the final stage of loan. We bring your loan documents to the borrower, assist them in the proper execution of each document, Notarize where needed and then return the documents to the lenders by the overnight carrier of their choice.
MOBILE LEGAL SIGNINGS FOR ATTORNEYS
We assist law firms in obtaining the necessary signature of their clients of various documents. This saves the law firm money by not having to send a staff member to the client's home, business or hospital. This will allow the firm's more time to work on the case and save money.
APOSTILLE OR CERTIFICATION SERVICE
We handle the authentication by the California Secretary of State of Notary signatures on documents to be used outside the United States of America. The country of destination determines whether the authentication is an Apostille or Certification.

ID REQUIREMENTS:
Each signer must present at least one of the forms of ID listed below. The ID must be current or, if expired, have been issued the last 5 years; contain the signer's photograph, personal description, and signature; and bear a serial or other identifying number.
1- Driver's License or nondriver's ID card issued by U.S.A
2- U.S. Passport.
3- U.S. Military ID Card that contains all required elements stated above, (The common Access Card CAC is not acceptable).
4- Driver's License issued in Mexico or Canada.
5- Foreign Passport stamped by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
6- Inmate ID Issued by the California Dept. of Corrections.
